Aileen is a Doctor of Acupuncture with a double diploma in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACATCM), as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan.

Before entering the field of acupuncture, Aileen spent over 20 years working in dentistry. Her transition into holistic medicine was inspired by her own personal healing journey, where acupuncture and natural therapies helped her overcome chronic pain and severe allergies. This experience ignited her passion for helping others restore balance and improve their health naturally.

Aileen takes a personalized approach to care, integrating a variety of techniques including the Balance Method, facial rejuvenation acupuncture with LED light therapy, electro-acupuncture, vibrational sound therapy, Qi Gong principles, and herbal medicine. Her treatments focus on helping patients reduce pain, improve sleep, calm the nervous system, manage stress and anxiety, and support overall wellness.

Known for her compassionate and attentive approach, Aileen is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered on their health journey.

Ken (he/him) graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria,BC in 2021, completing the 2200 hour RMT program. Growing up in the wild surroundings of Haida Gwaii in Northern BC, and spending two decades in beautiful Victoria BC, have influenced his treatment style. He has treated many folks across the age spectrum, from families with young athletes, deskjob workers, to active seniors. Another passion of his is his 20-plus year DJ career. His love for music is expressed in the custom playlists he curates for your therapeutic massage, and he is always happy to chat old-school hip-hop. In 2023 he made the move across the Rockies with his wife, and their two cats Sadie and Ruby. He has a competitive athletic background in basketball, bodybuilding competitions, amateur boxing, and running races from 5K to the marathon distance. Andrea is a fully licensed and insured Registered Massage Therapist with CRMTA. She recently graduated from Makami College, where she completed the 3000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Diploma program. Andrea offers therapeutic massage, deep tissue, hot stone therapy, myofascial cupping, and prenatal massage.

With a background in childcare, including three years as a nanny for children with autism, Andrea developed a deep passion for helping others. Her love for anatomy and the healing benefits of massage inspired her to pursue this field. Sylvie Lappa, RMT

Since graduating from the Foothills College of Massage Therapy in 2005, Sylvie has built a strong foundation as a therapeutic massage therapist, working with established clinics including Lifemark Springborough Physio, Bragg Creek Physio, and Momentum Health West Springs.

Sylvie brings both experience and a thoughtful, assessment-based approach to her practice. Her work focuses on identifying the root causes of discomfort and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. She regularly treats a wide range of conditions, from sports injuries and motor vehicle accident (MVA) recovery to supporting prenatal clients seeking relief from back and postural discomfort.

She is a member in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and provides insurance receipts for her treatments.

As a treatment-focused therapist, Sylvie primarily uses Swedish massage techniques to reduce muscular restrictions and improve circulation. Depending on the individual case, her treatments may also incorporate cupping, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and joint mobilization to support deeper healing.

As the oldest in a large family, Shelly has always had a natural instinct to care for others. That early sense of responsibility and compassion sparked her desire to pursue a career where she could make a positive difference in people’s lives. Combined with a lifelong interest in natural health and the body’s ability to heal itself, this passion led her to the chiropractic profession.

She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in June 2025. During her studies, she developed a special interest in caring for pre- and postnatal patients, as well as those experiencing nerve injuries, and TMJ disorders. To further support her patients’ wellness, she also completed an acupuncture certification through ISS Integrated Needling under Dr. Jason Pajakowski in August 2025. Brooke graduated from Makami Massage College. She is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Oncology Massage Therapist. She is also trained in Reki and Psychosomatic Therapy. Brooke comes into massage therapy with a Disabilities Studies Diploma and Bachelors Degree in Child Studies. As a survivor of childhood Leukemia she was drawn to support others going through similar circumstances. She worked with medical and therapy teams supporting children, adolescence and adults with various conditions and disabilities including Autism, ADHD, Angelman Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy. She witnessed the toll that the circumstances took on parents, caregivers, family members, friends, etc. While supporting her parents through cancer she learned about Oncology massage therapy. He is grounded in a strong clinical foundation, with training in Diversified, Gonstead, and Activator techniques, and is committed to delivering evidence-informed, patient-centred chiropractic care. Dr. Seitz is passionate about providing family-focused care and enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds. His approach emphasizes identifying and addressing the root cause of dysfunction while supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and function optimally. Dr. Seitz provides hands-on care through manual adjustments, complemented by both passive and active rehabilitative therapies.
