Wency is a Manual Osteopathic Therapist with a background in rehabilitation, community rehabilitation and disability studies, and yoga. Her approach to osteopathy is gentle, individualized, and rooted in a whole-body perspective. Rather than focusing solely on the area where symptoms are felt, Wency looks at how different regions and systems of the body may be influencing one another, with the goal of improving mobility, reducing tension, supporting nervous system regulation, and helping the body move toward greater balance and ease. Her treatments are tailored to each individual and may incorporate osteoarticular techniques, myofascial work, craniosacral therapy, visceral techniques, and lymphatic approaches. She aims to create the conditions for that change through thoughtful assessment, precise hands-on treatment, and care that considers the person as a whole. Outside of the clinic, Wency enjoys camping and the outdoors, yoga, strength training, meditation, reading, and continuing to explore the connection between the body, nervous system, and overall well-being.
